如何给狗狗办狗牌？
我们是在美国，当时是去DMV办的（Driver's-license 或者 ID card office）每个州都不一样吧~反正就是开车的许可证那里....
需要带的东西有： 狗的出生证明，打疫苗和狂犬病的证书以及标签，照片和名字等等(出生的那张纸应该是有狗的名字的)，最好把狗也一起带去，这样还能拍个照。 主人自己的车钥匙，因为还要登记一下。
到了之后跟窗口的说I want to get a dog tag for my pet then he/she will ask you some questions like what kind of license do u need？ (non-commercial or commercial)， which state the breed is in etc， etc. Then they will give you forms and tell you how to fill them up， one should be about your information and other one needs to have all that papers signed by veterinarian with his official stamp on it. If everything goes well after filling these form they will print out another set of tags wih your photo， name AND THE DOG’S NAME ON IT！ They are also supposed to attach a special tag saying that this dog was registered at DVA so don’t lose those two things please because it can cost around $100 if there was no record of the registration for whatever reason！ The last but not least step is to take both sets of tags back again， pay for it($5 per dog，$2.75 per owner plus $3 processing fee per dog， max $9 total)and wait until you get each one（一般情况是4周）. Also make sure you bring your proof of ownership along such as registration paper or lease agreement etc. You won't get any freebies without that！ Finally， every time when you change your address or phone number you gotta go back to DMV and update their records， otherwise u might end up getting lost somewhere in DVM world.
